1. Subject matter

SpotCopy provides web software to create marketing copy. Scope depends on your selected plan (credits/month).

2. Account

You must keep credentials confidential and report misuse promptly.

3. Fees & payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. Cancel at period end via the customer portal.

• Free: €0 — 5 generations/month
• Starter: €4/month — 100 generations
• Pro: €8/month — 500 generations
• Agency: €19/month — 2,000 generations

4. License

You may use generated copy commercially. We may maintain or change features of the service.

5. Liability

Liability for slight negligence is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damage. No liability for content you publish.
